ENTREPRENEURSHIP

As part of the core group guiding Talita Kum, LLC, I have a front row seat to the everyday challenges and opportunities presented to small business owners. I have particularly focused on legal issues related to leases, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs and have also worked on the brand identity and design of the various products sold by the business.

LAW

I crafted a unique law school experience that combined the fundamentals of the American juris doctor degree with extensive international experience in both Canada and France, which allowed me to specialize in intellectual property law, civil law systems, and French and European Union business law. More recently, I have developed deep expertise on issues related to U.S. immigration law, more specifically visa acquisition and ineligibilities. 

Design & Technology

I've led digital product overhauls at print publishers while overseeing their social media, ad serving, and email marketing operations. I also restructured those businesses with a keen eye on the bottom line by creating new ad products, which increased revenue, and by lowering fixed costs.

Additionally, I've led SharePoint migrations and information management for a team of over a hundred employees and worked on logos, crafted copy, designed product packaging as well as websites and print advertising. 

LANGUAGES

Proficiency in four world languages allows me to communicate with a billion people in their native language and apply any skill set in more than 100 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, and Africa.
